Just as my teachers chose to be as Li Lung taught them to be, I choose to be as they taught me to be, and those whom I may teach choose to be as I teach them to be. In this manner, like ripples spreading across the surface of a pond, Li Lung achieves immortality within the Pai Lum family he sacrificed so much to promote and improve. So long as there is a Pai Lum student, legs quivering with fatigue, in a long held horse stance, throwing hundreds of straight punches with their mind focused upon improvement rather than tiredness, he lives on!
