I remember you as a newly promoted Lieutenant in 1992, calling home every afternoon to check on your son after school. Shortly, you transferred from the Tin House to the Academy to better take care of your family on a regular week day schedule. You earned credentials as an instructor. Again, you earned promotion to Captain, and you came back to the Bronx to be as close as you could to home. You-did-everything-for-your-family. There is no higher praise. Your family is lucky to have had you work so hard. Prayers and condolences to them. Rest In Peace, Frank. We got it from here. Thank you for your service to the citizens of NYC.

You always told me I was a lot like you. We had the same drive and were cut from the same cloth. You were a very special part of my life. I owe you many thanks to all the things you taught me.You were a great uncle and role model. You truly don't know how much someone means to you until they are gone.
