With my heartfelt prayers and deepest sympathy in your loss--such an elegant lady and beautiful soul. I am so honored I was blessed enough to meet her on this earth.
The first time we met Loretta, we had just moved into our home in Four
Seasons. We had no furniture yet and no TV. Loretta invited us to her
house that evening. Her kind hospitality was appreciated and not forgotten. Our deepest sympathy to Bill and daughters. May she rest in
peace.
When we think about Loretta, we remember hearing about the many wonderful trips that she and Bill took, and hearing about her and Sonia’s shopping trips to Chico’s, and also how, no matter how bad a hair day you might be having, Loretta would have something complimentary to say. But the thing that we remember most is the pride and joy she took in her daughters’ accomplishments and the love that she had for her grandsons.
I remember the first time I met Loretta. Ww had just moved into our home at Four Seasons. I was cutting some pussy willows and Loretta walked up and introduced herself to me and welcomed us to the community I invited her in and knew then that we would be friends. When she left I gave her a bunch of pussy willows. We did become good friends. We loved shopping, knitting, red hats, phone calls and sharing stories. We formed a non-formal group to go shopping and out to lunch. I called us the 5 musketeers: Carol, Steph, GiGi, Loretta and myself. Oh, we had so much fun. I also remember Loretta at the knitting group. She was always "ripping out" stitches to get whatever she was making just perfect. Loretta was a classy lady. Loretta and Bill gave the best dinner parties. I will also never forget her story about her cat sitting disaster. And I laugh whenever I think of it. Thank you Loretta for being a great friend. I will miss you. Till we meet again.
