James R.Remaley, 81, of Bethlehem, passed away in Cedarbrook Nursing Home, South Whitehall Township, on Saturday, March 17, 2018, after a brief illness. He was the beloved husband of Connie Sue Remaley. Together they shared 47 years of marriage. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late Arthur and Catherine Remaly. He was a graduate of Wm. Allen High School, Allentown and also attended Lincoln Tech. He was an insurance agent for many years working for Baltimore Life, Metropolitan and NY Life insurance companies until retiring.

Survivors: in addition to his wife, Connie, he is survived by his children, Deborah Ranck of Manheim; Sean Remaley of Bethlehem; Tanya Remaley of South Boundbrook, NJ; and also Debra Decker of Bethlehem; Jeffrey Fritchman of Saylorsburg; sisters, Elizabeth Stephens, Janet Baker, Dolly Salter; brother, Robert Remaly; grandchildren, Bayley Ranck, Caiden Rankin, Kori and Taylor Decker, Jessica Figueroa, Jordan Fritchman and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister Marion and a brother, Edward.
