Obituary for Douglas Andrew Barnhart

Douglas Andrew  Barnhart
Douglas A. Barnhart, 53, of Upper Black Eddy, died suddenly on October 11th in St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. He was the beloved husband of Sandra (Bernhard) Barnhart with whom he shared 26 years of marriage. Born in Abington, he was a son of the late Andrew Barnhart and Dorothy (Wilde) Brick.

Survivors: In addition to his wife Sandra, he is survived by his sons, Christopher T.; Douglas A. (fiance', Tara); Matthew J. Barnhart all of Upper Black Eddy; brother, Gregory Barnhart of DC and a sister, Cynthia Gallaher of Skippack.

Services: Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday from 6-8:00 P.M. and Tuesday from 10-11:00 A.M. followed by a funeral Service at 11:00 A.M. all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME 527 Center St. Bethlehem. Burial will be in George Washington Mem. Park, Plymouth Meeting. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfuneralhome.org
