Obituary for Naomi Opal Parisi
Naomi Opal Parisi, 95, of Saylorsburg PA, formerly of Bridgewater NJ, entered eternal life on Feb. 10, 2017. She was the wife of the late Joseph Parisi. Born in Knoxville, TN, she was a daughter of the late Norman and Nora (Gibson) Turpin. She was a graduate of Hazelton High School in Hazelton PA. A homemaker most of her life, she worked as a "Rosie The Riveter" during World War II.
Survivors: She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Parisi-Drake (David) of Bridgewater, NJ; grandsons, Mark J. Parisi (Samantha) of Saylorsburg PA; and Jarrett Drake of Bridgewater NJ. She was preceded in death by her sons, Joseph Parisi Jr., C. Robert Parisi and a sister just recently, Patsy Miller.
Services: The family will receive friends on Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017 from 6-7:00 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. all in the JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 527 Center St. Bethlehem, PA 18018. Burial will be later in Resurrection Cemetery, Piscataway NJ. Condolences may be left at www.jamesfuneralhome.org
